Studio Louja
Luana, the founder, graduated from a design school in France in 2019. After her studies, she created Studio Louja, born from a passion for drawing, design, and art.
The studio offers creative stationery, blending minimalism with soft colors, for creations that are both simple and expressive. Various media are used to create, such as traditional watercolor and digital drawing, to achieve a mix of manual art and modern techniques.

Orders & Deliveries
ORDERS
Order preparation times may vary; between 5 and 10 days for journaling stationery. Illustrations and personalized stationery are not included in this timeframe; this only applies to products sold on the website in the "shop" category.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are on average 5 business days for France, approximately 2 weeks for Europe, and 3 to 7 weeks for the rest of the world. Please note that delivery to the United States is currently suspended. There is no delivery tracking at the moment, but you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days after your purchase to return or exchange your order or an item from your order. Exchanges are free, and you can choose a store credit or a replacement product. Please note that some items cannot be returned: sale items, personalized items, and items showing signs of wear.
If the product arrived damaged, please take a photo within 48 hours and send us an email or a message on our social media.
To request a store credit or exchange, contact us at craftstudiolouja@gmail.com and return your items in suitable packaging (you can reuse the original). The processing time for a return or exchange is 14 days. Shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
